Return and Refund Policy

We really want you to be happy with your purchase, but if for any reason you do wish to return an item please contact us at info@christinablack.co.uk and request a return within 14 days of receipt of the item, stating your reason for returning the item and we will provide a return address.  

Only items in perfect, unused condition will be refunded.  The cost of the return is to be met by the customer.  It is recommended that returns are sent via a tracked and insured courier and should be returned within 14 days of requesting the return.  We will process the refund within 7 days of receipt of the item.
